1. Who we are
This site, fatisbad.com, and the digital product The Cut — 2026 Male Edition are operated by The Cut ("we", "us"). By using this site or buying the product you agree to these Terms.
2. The product
The Cut is a downloadable PDF ebook for personal, non-commercial use. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read and use the ebook for yourself. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or share the file or its contents.
3. Not medical advice
The Cut is educational content only. It is not medical, nutritional, psychological, or fitness advice. Consult a licensed physician before starting any nutrition or exercise program, especially if you have any medical condition, take medication, are pregnant, or are under 18. You use the information at your own risk.
4. Payment and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. For payment, billing, sales tax, and refund mechanics, see Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.
5. Refunds
See our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property
All content on this site and inside the ebook — text, layout, graphics, logos — is owned by The Cut and is protected by copyright. We retain all rights not expressly granted.
8. Disclaimers and warranties
The site and the product are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any results described will be achieved by you.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the product is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where that limitation is prohibited by law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold The Cut harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or product, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, fraud, payment issues, or repeated misuse. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) survive.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's country of residence, without regard to conflict of laws. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
